Privacy at Fur Baby Go

Information we collect

When you join the interest list, we collect your name, email address, postal code and whether you are joining as a pet parent, walker or both. We also record your consent choice and the dates the record is created or updated.

Why we use it

• To plan neighbourhood coverage using aggregated postal-code demand.
• To send pilot planning, availability and launch communications you requested.
• To invite eligible participants to research or a controlled pilot.
• To maintain consent, suppression and operational records.

Website measurement and abuse prevention

We count page views, early-access button clicks and completed signups using first-party records. These measurements do not use advertising cookies or create visitor profiles. We also temporarily process limited technical request information to prevent repeated or automated signup abuse.

What we do not collect here

This site does not request payment information, home-access instructions, veterinary records or detailed pet health information. Those categories require separate product notices and safeguards before any booking service opens.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and communications providers that help operate the interest list. We do not sell interest-list information. If a future booking service introduces new providers or uses, this notice will be updated before that collection begins.

Retention and choices

We keep interest-list information while planning and operating the pilot, unless you ask to be removed or continued retention is required for consent or legal records. Every promotional message will include an unsubscribe method. You may also request access, correction or deletion by replying to a Fur Baby Go communication.

Security and location

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an early-access list. Internet systems cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed where our infrastructure providers operate, subject to their contractual and legal protections.

Changes

We will post material changes here with a new effective date. A separate privacy notice will be published before Fur Baby Go collects booking, payment, location-history or detailed care information.
